Hi From Holly

I think I'm gonna give this here blog a face lift. I hope there are no objections. Doesn't that look summer-y?

Also, be praying for Jason, Jake and I. We just began the adoption process. We are getting information and have opened our adoption savings account. We are more than likely adopting domestically first but then feel called to adopt from China as well.

Hope you are all well!

Holly

P.S. - Crista, what are your boys names you have picked out?

How is Everyone?

Just wondering if anyone ever checks this anymore. I'd be suprised.
Let's post pictures of our family to catch up! A year and a half in, we don't have a picture of all of us together, and my hubby's a photographer! we'll work on that. Hope you are all doing well! Love you!

Update on Mother Teresa

She's doing great! She had the surgery on Monday and it was a really painful surgery but she was brave! She's got two pretty cool scars. I told her to wear them proud and tell people they're 'battle scars'. She stayed in the hospital until Thursday and has been at a rehab hospital since. She is walking with her walker and amazing all of the staff at how good she's doing! It's been tough but it will make her life so much better from now on. She might kill me for saying this, but the drugs they gave her in the hospital made her hallucinate! I laughed so hard at her that I thought I cracked a rib! She was so funny!

Mother Teresa

Tomorrow my mom is going in for a double knee replacement. She will be in the hospital for a few days then she is going to a rehab center for a few weeks. She is nervous as should be expected. Take a second and pray for a successful surgery, low pain and a quick recovery. I know she will feel your prayers. I'll keep you posted!

Big Move

Josh and I are leaving THIS Sunday for Texas. Man, oh, man. Moving across the country is hard work. Especially when you have to think about housing turtles in temporary containers for a three-day drive. AND how to sneak them in the hotel without anyone getting mad. We will be crashing with our families for a few days (maybe weeks) so maybe we can see everyone. Just wanted to give a little update.
